What we collect
When you request a quote through this website we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address if you add it, the service you are interested in, your city or ZIP code, and anything you write in the message field. We use it to respond to your request and to schedule a cleaning.
If you book a cleaning, we also keep the details needed to arrange it, such as your address, schedule, access instructions and priorities for your house cleaner.
We may collect standard analytics data about how the site is used, such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device and browser type, through Google Analytics. This is aggregate information and is not used to identify you personally.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm appointments, and refer a house cleaner to your home. We share the details a house cleaner needs to do the job (such as your address and instructions) with the house cleaner referred to you. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
