Regular House Cleaning in San Diego
Weekly, biweekly or monthly. You pick the schedule, and your home stays clean without you thinking about it.
Keep your home clean without giving up your weekends
Are you tired of spending your weekends cleaning? Keeping a home clean is hard work, and some of us simply do not have the time. Regular house cleaning takes it off your list: one of our cleaners comes on a set schedule, weekly, biweekly or monthly, and the house stays at the level you want all year round.
Because the visits are regular, nothing gets a chance to build up. The kitchen and bathrooms stay clean, the floors stay clean, and the weekend is yours again.
The same cleaner, when possible
Once one of our cleaners has been assigned to you, Maid in America tries to keep it consistent, so the person who comes knows your home and how you like things done. If someone is out, a replacement may be scheduled, and you can ask to change your cleaner any time by calling the agency.
Supplies for regular cleaning
For regular maintenance visits, your own cleaning products are used unless a supplies fee is arranged in advance. Many clients prefer it: you know exactly what is used in your home, and it avoids reactions to unfamiliar chemicals. Keep a clean vacuum bag, trash bags and the right product for the job on hand (a mildew cleaner for the shower, for example), and the time goes to cleaning instead of scrubbing with the wrong thing.
Efficiency matters
A simple plan for what matters most means each visit is spent where you want it. Your list can change from visit to visit.
How booking works
- Call, text or request a quote. Tell us the size of the home, the kind of clean, and the day that works.
- We send one of our cleaners. Maid in America matches you with one of our trusted, experienced cleaners and schedules a convenient time. You get a confirmation call the evening before.
- Hand over your priority list. A short "order of importance" list means the things that matter most get done first. Larger homes may need extra time; we'll talk through it when you book.
Questions
Regular House Cleaning FAQ
It depends on the household. Busy families with kids or pets often choose weekly, many homes do well biweekly, and smaller or quieter homes may only need monthly. You can change the schedule as life changes.
Maid in America tries to keep it consistent once one of our cleaners is assigned. A replacement may be scheduled if needed, and you can ask for a different cleaner any time by calling the agency.
We recommend not giving your key directly to our cleaner. Make your own arrangement, such as a lockbox, a hidden key or a neighbor.
Introduce pets on the first visit, and keep any unfriendly pets outside. For health reasons, our cleaners do not pick up pet waste.
Payment is made at the time of service by cash, Visa, MasterCard, or a check made out to Maid in America.
